No staples, no adhesive, no holes punched through shingles. The track mounts to the fascia with engineered fasteners in clean, planned lines, wiring routes through the attic or garage, and an insured two-person crew does the work. Workmanship is warrantied for a year on top of it.

That's the design brief. The system is IP67 rated against dust and water, operates from -4°F to 113°F, and uses anti-UV housings for summer. The aluminum track shields the diodes and wiring from ice load and wind shear.

The system doesn't break; -4°F is the operating limit, not a failure point. In a deep-freeze event the lights may respond slowly or briefly shut down to protect the electronics, then resume when temperatures climb back.

We purify the water first. A reverse-osmosis and deionization system strips out the minerals that cause spotting, so the glass dries clean with nothing to leave behind. If you ever find a streak, we come back and fix it.
