Our Written Promises

Seven promises, in writing, signed by the owner. They come with every permanent lighting install.

    Love it or we remove it (30 days)

    If you're not happy for any reason within 30 days after your install day, tell us (a text counts). We'll offer to adjust it. If you'd rather, we remove the system, fill and touch up the screw holes, and refund everything you paid within 10 business days. No removal fee. From day 31 the system is yours for good, because your track was cut and painted for your house only, and the warranty takes over.

    Lit by your date

    Your install date is written in your contract. If your lights aren't installed and working within 14 days after that date, we take $250 off your balance. If we're more than 3 weeks late, you can cancel instead and get your whole deposit back. The 14 days are our weather allowance; there's no other excuse.

    Invisible by day

    Stand at your curb at noon. If you can pick out the track on your soffit, we repaint or re-hang it at no charge. Still not happy within 30 days? Promise 1 applies.

    See it lit, then pay

    50% holds your date. The rest is due when the install is done and you've seen it lit at night.

  5. 5

    Fast fix

    If a section goes dark, text Tressin. We'll be on site within 5 business days, or the first safe roof day after ice or snow. If we're late, we pay you $50 for each business day late, up to $500. Warranty repairs are free. Anything else, we quote before we do it.

  6. 6

    Care for your home

    Our track mounts to the fascia, not your shingles. If we damage anything, we repair it at our cost within 7 days.

  7. 7

    HOA approval

    If your HOA or village denies the design within 30 days of signing, your whole deposit comes back. We order and cut nothing until approval is in.

Warranty: 50,000 hours on the lights, lifetime on the track.

Your contract also includes the federal 3-day right-to-cancel notice and the Wisconsin lien notice. We don't cut track or order materials until the 3 days, and any HOA approval, have passed.
