Kussmaul Co. is a family-owned, fully insured exterior company based in Delafield, WI, founded in 2025 and already trusted by 100+ properties across southern Wisconsin.
Kussmaul Co. started with a simple observation: homeowners hate managing five different contractors to keep the outside of one house sharp. So we built one crew that treats the whole exterior as a single craft.
The centerpiece is permanent lighting: app-controlled LEDs in a color-matched aluminum track, engineered for voltage, concealed like wiring should be, and warrantied in writing. Around it sits the care that keeps a home immaculate: window washing, power washing, gutter blowouts and holiday lighting.
We treat every job like a craft. It should look integrated at noon and brilliant at midnight, and the service should feel like being taken care of: fast answers, clear prices, no surprises.

Tressin Kussmaul founded Kussmaul Co. on a standard most contractors won’t put in writing: do the absolute best job possible, or fix it until it becomes right. That standard has carried the company from its first window job to 75+ properties across southern Wisconsin.
