Permanent lighting installation & exterior care in Franklin

Franklin, a Milwaukee County city on the Root River in the county's southwest corner. Franklin is a regular run from our Bayside office for our crews. And since Wisconsin's swing from humid summers to icy winters is tough on rooflines, gutters and glass alike, most of our Franklin customers pair a permanent lighting install with window washing, power washing, gutter blowouts and holiday lighting while we're on site.

How The Install Works

Permanent lighting installation in Franklin

A permanent lighting installation in Franklin is a single-day job on most homes. One insured two-person crew arrives in the morning and is finished the same afternoon.

Wondering about price? What permanent lighting costs in Franklin and Lake Country: $20 to $40 per foot, typical homes $2,500 to $8,500.

The free design marks where the track runs and where the controllers go, so nothing on install day is a surprise.

Two systems to pick from: commercial-grade permanent lights or our Standard system.
